A little help for the journey

Getting started

Create an account with your name and email. Enter the code we send, then create your first trip. A password is optional; you can add one later under Menu → Your account.

Signing in

Use an emailed code or choose “Use a password instead” on the sign-in page. Codes last 10 minutes and work in the browser that requested them. If a code does not arrive, check the address and your spam folder, then use “Request a new code or use another email”. If you encounter a request limit, wait before retrying.

Forgot your password? Sign in with an email code, then change the password in Your account. Password changes sign out other sessions.

Adding bookings

Use Add a plan in the trip menu, or open Add bookings to paste or upload a confirmation. When email forwarding is available, that page shows the address to use. Forward from your verified Voyage admin email. PDF-only confirmations are not supported; paste the booking details instead.

Travelling together

The trip owner invites people from Menu → Travellers. Invitees sign in with the email that received the invitation and confirm Join trip. If a trip or item is missing, ask the trip owner to check your invitation and assignments.

Owners can select all travellers when assigning an item, or choose individuals. Open an item → Edit to change the assignment. The Edit trip setting for new travellers assigns existing items when someone is first invited; it does not automatically assign future bookings.

Photos and videos

Everyone who joins can view the trip’s media and add their own with Add photos. Open a photo and swipe left or right to browse. Save photo opens the supported native share sheet: choose Save Image or your Photos app. If sharing is unavailable, touch and hold the image or open the full-size photo.

Exact duplicates are skipped. Photos can be JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB; videos can be MP4, MOV or WebM up to 500 MB and 30 minutes. Export HEIC photos as JPEG before uploading.

Changing or removing things

Trip owners manage trip properties, bookings and invitations. Uploaders can manage their own media while they have trip access. The main trip menu contains edit, cover, merge, split, archive and delete actions. A trip with guests cannot be merged or split until those guests are removed.
