These terms describe the basic conditions for using Voyage to organise travel plans and share trip content.

Your account

Use an email address you control, keep your sign-in codes and any password secure, and do not use another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for the content you add and the invitations you send.

Your plans and content

Only upload or share content you have the right to use. By adding content, you allow Voyage and its service providers to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service and the sharing you choose.

Trip owners control invitations and itinerary assignments. Photos and videos are shared with people who join the trip. Removing someone’s access does not recall copies they have already saved, and removing a traveller does not automatically remove their shared uploads.

Check important travel details

Voyage is an organiser, not an airline, accommodation provider or booking agent. Imported details, time zones and AI suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. Confirm essential information and changes with the original provider, and keep copies of important travel documents.

Use the service responsibly

Do not use Voyage for unlawful content, unsolicited bulk invitations, harassment, attempts to access someone else’s data, or activity that disrupts the service. Usage limits may apply to protect availability and control abuse.

Availability

Features and availability may change, and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on Voyage as your only source of essential travel information. These terms do not replace the terms of your travel bookings or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
